Solid biomass in the form of date and olive kernels was used as a feedstock as for the fixed pyrolysis process to and was successfully converted to bio-oil, biochar and syngas. The effect of different parameters, that are particle sizes, temperature and mass was studied along with the characterizations of the bio-oil that we produced.
The results showed that for the date kernels the best working temperature to work with is of 500°C and a particles size of 2mm and mass of 7g. and for the olive kernels the best temperature was 550°C with particle size of 2mm and a mass of 8g. | note de thèses : | Mémoire de master en génie des procédés |
