Titre : | Numerical simulation of a melting problem by electromagnetic induction : Application on a Pure Tin | Type de document : | texte manuscrit | Auteurs : | Elhadj Benaida, Auteur ; Omar Elfarouk Benouar, Auteur ; Lakhdar Hachani, Directeur de thèse ; Abdelhafid Abdelhakem, Directeur de thèse | Editeur : | Laghouat : Université Amar Telidji - Département de génie mécanique | Année de publication : | 2022 | Importance : | 71 p. | Format : | 30 cm. | Accompagnement : | 1 disque optique numérique (CD-ROM) | Note générale : | Option : Energetic (Énergétique) | Langues : | Anglais | Résumé : | Materials development is a common concern for materials scientists and industrialists who have an interest in meeting the new needs of new technologies. In many cases, the development of traditional or new materials involves a high temperature melting phase. This step is intended to produce the homogeneous reaction in liquid phase of the different components, and is a critical step with respect to the properties of the material. The melting, whatever the mode of heat production, is often at the origin of the degradation of the purity of the basic elements which compose the final material. Indeed, these elements interact in the liquid state and at high temperature by physical and chemical reactions with the walls of the crucibles necessary to contain them, which also usually involves imposing a stirring motion on the metal during the change in solid-liquid phase. However, the stirrer has many
advantages over the frame, it is not without disadvantages regarding the purity of the material produced by the introduction of the stirring elements in the liquid part. | note de thèses : | Mémoire de master en génie mécanique |
